Retailer and Account Manager Consulting Info

  • Who:   I have been in the fashion industry for over 15 years.  I started out in retail at Nordstrom and worked my way up to department manager.  I left after 4 years to explore the wholesale side of the industry and to work for a small manufacturing company in Los Angeles. There I worked with retailers such as Forever 21, PacSun, Nordstrom, Urban Outfitters, Charlotte Russe and Rampage developing product for their private label programs.   In 2004 I decided to move to Sydney after falling in love with its gorgeousness while on holiday.  I was hired as an account manager by Longbeach Australia within a week of landing and stayed there for 4+ years.  During that time I worked on such accounts as Crossroads, Events, General Pants, Surf-Dive-Ski and Best and Less.  In 2009 I went to work for KCX International where I worked on the Big W and Myer accounts. In September 2010 I decided to move back to Los Angeles to be closer to my family and to explore more creative opportunities in "the land of opportunity".

  • Why:   I am familiar with most Australian retailers and understand the different markets and development process.  I also know American retailers and, by living here, am up to date on what’s new, what’s not and what’s going to be.
  • What:   I can offer you Los Angeles trend information on a regular basis.  I am flexible and can do specific trend reports to cater your company or customer.   I am also willing to buy and send samples.
